The Ipswich Festival is a unique event which embraces local community and strives to enhance the arts and cultural experience for locals and visitors each year. The enthusiasm and drive by the Mayor Paul Pisasale and Councillors to create an exciting future for the city, provides a collaborative platform which is ideal for the cultivation of our city's festival. The Ipswich Events Corporation team wish to thank everyone who has supported the growth of the festival over the years to ensure its continued success.
The team responsible for the 2011 Ipswich Festival are: our Executive Chair Mr Paul Casos, whose passion for the Festival is unwavering. The support offered by Paul and the Board is enormous. Lesley Whitfield has joined us for a short while. Lesley's knowledge, vision and spirit has had a huge influence on the 2011 program. Joanne Hadnutt, is not only wise but a marvel with our in-house design. Sylvia Norton, Ipswich Central Marketing Manager & Promotions Co-ordinator, will always lend a hand and beat the pavement to keep our Ipswich Central Traders well informed and up to date with Festival activities. Lowana Moxham, Events Manager, returns to the Corporation after a long absence, with a strong passion to elevate the festival and the city's major events to new heights.
