The Grand Opening Concert and Official Launch of the 2010 Ipswich Festival - a fabulous FREE night for the family.
The beautiful Bremer River is the setting for the live concert and fireworks show. Viewing platforms along the Riverlink Shopping Centre Precinct will provide excellent vantage points for the all-in experience.
This will be a truly exhilarating kick-off, with a major live music concert, breathtaking fireworks and a spectacular finale.
The concert, featuring the Deep Blue Orchestra, will unite the evening's theme of immersive sounds and sights - a diverse musical experience ranging from the classics to pumping electric rock, punctuated with extraordinary hi-tech visuals.
Flash and fire in the skies and reflected across the river, the booms from giant fire cannons, and soundtrack pumped from a gigantic sound system will ignite the finale!
Riverlink Shopping Centre Food Court will be open until late to satisfy your cravings.
