It's back again and in 2008 is sure to be bigger and better than ever!

The annual Ipswich Festival features a cultural program of more than 10 days designed to cater for all interests and age groups. The program ranges from street parades, shows, the Mayor's Festival ball and art exhibitions to opera performances, multicultural activities, children's programs and concerts for youths to seniors.

The Ipswich Festival is recognised as one of the fastest growing festivals in Queensland. As a highlight of the city's annual events calendar, the Festival provides us with a chance to showcase the many wonderful attributes of Ipswich, not only locally, but also throughout Queensland. It generates enormous pride in Ipswich and attracts thousands of visitors each year as the city's premier cultural event. The Festival has also received many industry awards for excellence, reflecting the enthusiasm and affection which exists for the Ipswich Festival.
